General Questions

What's your machine's advantage?

1) High quality — all main accessories are imported, and the machine will be well tested before packaging and delivery. 2) Customers are welcome to visit the machine or take their material for a test.

Are you a trade company or manufacturer?

We are a manufacturer located at Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province, China. Customers are warmly welcome to visit our factory.

What's your after-sales service?

We provide a 12-month warranty, and the engineer will go to your company to install the machine and guide the use of the machine.

How to purchase a suitable machine?

According to the customer's materials and requirements, we will recommend the right machine to you.

Ordering & Payment

What are your payment terms?

Orders are typically placed with a 30% advance deposit plus the balance paid before shipment; installment plans can be negotiated for long-term partners and large orders. Export orders support T/T, L/C and other international trade settlement methods, subject to the contract.

Do you support on-site machine trials at your factory, or sample testing by courier?

Yes. Customers are welcome to bring their actual materials to our factory for trial runs, and we also accept couriered samples to verify the winding results. Trial results are shared with you in the form of videos plus a sample report.

How long does it take to purchase a machine?

From contract signing to ex-factory: 30–45 days for standard models, 60–90 days for customized non-standard machines, and upgrades of used machines depending on the assessment. The exact lead time is subject to the contract; during peak season we recommend ordering 2–3 months in advance.

Installation & Commissioning

What are the requirements for the workshop?

Main requirements: a level, hardened floor, a 380V three-phase power supply, a compressed air source (0.6–0.8 MPa) and sufficient space for material feeding and discharge. Detailed foundation and air-circuit drawings are provided after signing, and we can also assist with workshop layout planning.

How long does installation and commissioning take after the machine arrives?

A single machine usually takes 1–3 days; a connected production line or a full-line solution with automatic loading and unloading takes about 3–7 days. We send engineers to the factory to guide installation, train your operators and assist with the first mass-production validation.

Warranty & After-Sales

Which wear parts are included, and how often do they need replacing?

Common wear parts include glue rollers, slitting blades, bearings, belts and heating tubes. Under normal use, glue rollers last about 6–12 months and slitting blades about 8–15 months (depending on material thickness and speed). We recommend keeping a spare wear-parts kit on hand to reduce downtime.

How long is the warranty period?

The whole machine is warranted for 12 months (wear parts excluded), and key electrical components (servo motors, PLC, touch screen) are warranted for 18 months. Within the warranty period, parts replaced due to quality issues are free of charge, and on-site engineer service fees are fully waived.

How are parts and repairs charged after the warranty expires?

Lifetime technical support continues after the warranty. Parts are supplied at cost price, and repairs are charged only for the engineer's travel and working hours. We recommend an annual maintenance agreement, which includes periodic inspections, priority dispatch and parts discounts.

Technical Support

Do you provide remote technical support?

Yes. Machines come with a remote debugging module as standard (an optional VPN or TeamViewer gateway is available). With an internet connection, our engineers can remotely check PLC status, adjust parameters and upload programs, greatly reducing waiting time for overseas customers.

How do I quickly troubleshoot an alarm or fault?

First check the alarm code and message on the touch screen; most common issues (such as insufficient air pressure, web deviation or abnormal temperature) have corresponding prompts and suggested solutions. If the issue cannot be resolved on your own, note the alarm code and call our after-sales hotline +8613656153373, and our engineers will assist you by phone or remote access.

Export & Logistics

How are installation and after-sales service handled for overseas customers?

We offer engineer dispatch for overseas installation and commissioning (the customer covers visa and travel costs), or recommend a local partner agent for localized service. Machines come with a remote debugging module as standard, so with an internet connection engineers can remotely check PLC status, adjust parameters and upload programs. For key markets such as Southeast Asia and the Middle East, we are building regional service points to shorten response times.

Can the machines be exported? How are they packed?

Yes. Our machines have been exported to many countries and regions across Europe, Asia and beyond. Equipment is packed in fumigation-free export wooden cases with moisture-proof film and cushioning; key parts are treated for rust protection, and complete customs documents such as the packing list, commercial invoice and certificate of origin are provided.
